If you have been ill in the past two weeks, or are experiencing any of the following new symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your visit:
We are operating at a decreased capacity to allow ample time for additional cleaning between patients.
When you arrive at the clinic, please wait in your car and text 503-453-3577 to let us know you’ve arrived. We will then come downstairs to take your temperature, screen you in person and let you in the building.
Masks are required for entry and are to be worn for the duration of your appointment.
